Position Summary

The Senior Digital Media Specialist is responsible for planning, creating, and managing integrated digital advertising programs for key DAC Group clients. This individual will be accountable for strategies and activities related to the effective delivery of core client programs, including paid search, paid social, OLV, display, and other critical channels aligned with DAC Group's core offerings.

What You'll Do
  1. Master and utilize third-party bid management platforms (DoubleClick, Kenshoo, etc.).
  2. Build campaign structures on Google and Microsoft Ads that align with clients' business needs and search best practices.
  3. Pull reports and provide insights on campaign performance.
  4. Track and maintain budgets across campaigns and multiple search engines.
  5. Provide traffic and cost estimates.
  6. Create campaigns encompassing multiple locations/geos and lines of business.
  7. Develop campaigns linked to conversion-focused landing pages that are relevant and scalable.
  8. Offer in-depth optimization suggestions based on account performance.
  9. Perform ad copy testing and testing of ad extensions.
  10. Download data into Excel, perform VLookups, create Pivot Tables and charts, and visualize data for clarity.
  11. Maintain ownership of managed campaigns with attention to detail and diligence.
What You Bring
  1. 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing paid search, paid social, display, or video campaigns; agency experience in performance media preferred.
  2. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  3. Deep knowledge of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads (Bing) features and effective integration into campaigns.
  4. Experience in B2B marketing is a plus.
  5. Experience leading client relationships, contributing to strategy, and client presentations.
  6. Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill messages effectively and adapt to audiences.
  7. Fluency in Spanish and English.

How We Work

This role requires two in-office days per week, with three days in-office during the three-month orientation period. Remote work is not available for this position.
