The Role

The Senior Paid Media Buyer at Ridge plays a crucial role in executing and strategizing effective paid social advertising campaigns across various channels, focusing on platforms such as Meta, Tiktok, Snapchat, Twitter / X, and Applovin. This role involves optimizing campaign performance, analyzing data, and contributing to strategic planning efforts.

Responsibilities

• Campaign and Platform Ownership :

Manage various paid social media platforms and stay updated on changes and best practices.

• Ad Building :

Create, manage, and optimize paid social media advertisements, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives.

• Data Analysis :

Analyze campaign performance data and generate reports on key metrics.

• Quality Assurance :

Conduct checks for accuracy in ad campaigns and monitor performance.

• Ad Creative :

Coordinate with the creative team to develop compelling ad visuals and copy.

• Campaign Management :

Manage and optimize campaigns, implementing targeting strategies and budget allocation.

• Strategic Planning :

Contribute to campaign strategies and participate in brainstorming sessions.

• External Partner Communication :

Serve as the main point of contact for external ad partners and agencies.

Ideal Profile

• 5+ years of DTC Paid Media Buying and Growth Marketing experience.
• Expertise in media buying across various ad platforms.
• DTC Ad Agency experience or working in-house within a 100M+ DTC brand is a plus.
• Familiarity with analytics and attribution tools.
• Exceptional analytical skills and experience presenting performance reports.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Notion, Slack, GSuite, and familiarity with Loom.
• Proficient in using various ad platforms.
