The Senior Paid Media Buyer at Ridge plays a crucial role in supporting the paid media team to execute and strategize effective paid social advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Twitter/X, and Applovin. Responsibilities include optimizing campaigns, analyzing data, and contributing to strategic planning. This role offers a unique opportunity to apply senior expertise within a high-growth DTC brand alongside industry experts.

Responsibilities

  1. Campaign and Platform Ownership : Manage paid social media platforms, stay updated on platform changes, and ensure campaign effectiveness.
  2. Ad Building : Create, manage, and optimize ads, develop ad copy and creative content, and ensure compliance with platform standards.
  3. Data Analysis : Analyze performance data, generate reports, and recommend optimizations.
  4. Quality Assurance : Conduct checks for accuracy and consistency, monitor ad performance, and address issues.
  5. Ad Creative : Collaborate with creative teams, provide feedback, and ensure timely delivery of assets.
  6. Campaign Management : Oversee campaign execution, targeting, budget, and bid adjustments.
  7. Strategic Planning : Develop strategies, brainstorm ideas, and explore new advertising opportunities.
  8. External Partner Communication : Act as main contact for ad partners, review performance, and share insights.

Ideal Profile & Requirements

  1. 5+ years in DTC Paid Media Buying and Growth Marketing.
  2. Expertise in ad platforms like Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Twitter/X, and Applovin.
  3. Experience with DTC ad agencies or in-house at a $100M+ DTC brand is a plus.
  4. Knowledge of analytics tools such as Northbeam, Triple Whale, Haus, and GA4.
  5. Understanding of attribution models, audience segmentation, retargeting, and A/B testing.
  6. Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.

Technical Skills

  1. Proficiency in Notion, Slack, GSuite, Loom, and ad platform tools.
