The Role

The Senior Paid Media Buyer at Ridge is vital in supporting our paid media team to develop and execute effective social advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Twitter/X, and Applovin. Responsibilities include campaign optimization, data analysis, and strategic planning, offering a unique chance to apply senior-level expertise within a high-growth DTC brand alongside industry experts.

Responsibilities

  1. Campaign and Platform Ownership : Manage paid social media platforms, stay updated on platform changes, and ensure campaign effectiveness.
  2. Ad Building : Create, manage, and optimize ads, develop compelling copy and visuals, and ensure compliance with platform and brand standards.
  3. Data Analysis : Analyze performance data, generate reports on metrics like CTR, conversion rates, ROAS, and recommend optimizations.
  4. Quality Assurance : Conduct checks for accuracy and consistency, monitor ad performance, and address issues proactively.
  5. Ad Creative : Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging visuals and copy, provide feedback, and meet campaign deadlines.
  6. Campaign Management : Oversee campaign performance, implement targeting strategies, and manage budgets to maximize ROI.
  7. Strategic Planning : Contribute to campaign strategies, brainstorm innovative ideas, and explore new advertising opportunities.
  8. External Partner Communication : Liaise with external ad partners and agencies, review performance insights, and share findings clearly.

Ideal Profile & Requirements

  1. 5+ years in DTC Paid Media Buying and Growth Marketing.
  2. Expertise in platforms like Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Twitter/X, and Applovin.
  3. Experience with DTC ad agencies or in-house at brands over $100M revenue is a plus.
  4. Knowledge of analytics and attribution tools such as Northbeam, Triple Whale, Haus, and GA4.
  5. Strong understanding of attribution models, audience segmentation, retargeting, and A/B testing.
  6. Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.

Technical Skills

  1. Proficiency in Notion, Slack, GSuite, Loom, and ad platform tools.
