The Role

The Senior Paid Media Buyer at Ridge plays a crucial role in executing and strategizing effective paid social advertising campaigns across various channels, focusing on platforms such as Meta, Tiktok, Snapchat, Twitter / X, and Applovin. This role involves optimizing campaign performance, analyzing data, and contributing to strategic planning efforts.

Responsibilities

  1. Campaign and Platform Ownership : Manage various paid social media platforms and stay updated on changes and best practices.
  2. Ad Building : Create, manage, and optimize paid social media advertisements, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives.
  3. Data Analysis : Analyze campaign performance data and generate reports on key metrics.
  4. Quality Assurance : Conduct checks for accuracy in ad campaigns and monitor performance.
  5. Ad Creative : Coordinate with the creative team to develop compelling ad visuals and copy.
  6. Campaign Management : Manage and optimize campaigns, implementing targeting strategies and budget allocation.
  7. Strategic Planning : Contribute to campaign strategies and participate in brainstorming sessions.
  8. External Partner Communication : Serve as the main point of contact for external ad partners and agencies.

Ideal Profile

  • 5+ years of DTC Paid Media Buying and Growth Marketing experience.
  • Expertise in media buying across various ad platforms.
  • DTC Ad Agency experience or working in-house within a 100M+ DTC brand is a plus.
  • Familiarity with analytics and attribution tools.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and experience presenting performance reports.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Notion, Slack, GSuite, and familiarity with Loom.
  • Proficient in using various ad platforms.
