The Role

The Senior Paid Media Buyer at Ridge is essential in supporting our paid media team to execute and strategize effective paid social campaigns across platforms like Meta, Tiktok, Snapchat, Twitter/X, and Applovin. Responsibilities include optimizing campaigns, analyzing data, and contributing to strategic planning. This role offers a chance to apply senior expertise within a high-growth DTC brand alongside industry experts.

Responsibilities
  1. Campaign and Platform Ownership : Manage paid social platforms, stay updated on platform changes and best practices.
  2. Ad Building : Create, manage, and optimize ads; develop compelling ad copy and creative content; ensure compliance with platform guidelines and brand standards.
  3. Data Analysis : Analyze performance data, generate reports on metrics like CTR, conversion rates, ROAS; use insights for campaign improvements.
  4. Quality Assurance : Check for accuracy and consistency; monitor ad performance and address issues promptly.
  5. Ad Creative : Collaborate with creative teams to develop visuals and copy; provide feedback; ensure timely asset delivery.
  6. Campaign Management : Oversee campaigns, implement targeting strategies, manage budgets and bids for optimal results.
  7. Strategic Planning : Contribute to strategy development, brainstorm ideas, research new advertising opportunities.
  8. External Partner Communication : Act as main contact for ad partners; review performance insights and communicate effectively.
Ideal Profile & Requirements
  • 5+ years in DTC Paid Media Buying and Growth Marketing.
  • Expertise with ad platforms like Meta, Tiktok, Snapchat, Twitter/X, Applovin.
  • Experience with DTC ad agencies or in-house within $100M+ brands is a plus.
  • Knowledge of analytics and attribution tools such as Northbeam, Triple Whale, Haus, GA4.
  • Strong understanding of attribution models, audience segmentation, retargeting, and A/B testing.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in Notion, Slack, GSuite, Loom, and ad platform tools.
