Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Biomedical, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Materials, or related field).
• 5+ years of experience in process engineering within the medical device or regulated manufacturing environment.
• Experience in packaging process development and test equipment.
• Proficiency in CAD tools and statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab).

Aufgaben

• Lead packaging process development from concept through market launch.
• Collaborate with R&D to ensure product manufacturability.
• Drive cost reduction and process improvement at manufacturing sites.
• Plan and execute DOEs and trials for packaging, documenting requirements.
