HR Path Group is seeking a Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant to join the RUN team within our Cloud Service Center. You will act as a functional expert, leading consultants and guiding clients through AMS and continuous improvement.

You will cover client governance, coaching junior consultants, and driving best practices while collaborating with operations, HR, IT, and publishers. Strong English or French is expected.

Formación

• Senior-level experience in HRIS AMS.
• Expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud and Core HR.
• Demonstrated leadership, pedagogy and team development.
• Fluent in English and/or French.

Responsabilidades

• Provide AMS support and continuous improvement for HRIS.
• Lead and coach consultants; develop templates, guides and standards.
• Own client interface and governance; manage day-to-day relationship and improvement opportunities.
