HR Path Group in Spain is seeking a Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant to join the RUN team within our Cloud Service Center and act as a functional expert, leading consultants and coaching clients.

You will manage AMS topics, drive service quality, help implement Oracle quarterly updates, and collaborate with multi-stakeholder teams across HR and IT, delivering value for our international clients.

Formación

• Proven senior-level experience in HRIS AMS (Application Maintenance Services).
• Knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud with Core HR and related modules (ORC, Performance, Learning, Compensation).
• Strong leadership, pedagogy, and ability to grow a team.

Responsabilidades

• Handle L3 topics: analysis, troubleshooting, resolution, and stabilization for AMS.
• Lead and coach consultants; develop best practices, templates, guides, and standards.

YOUR MISSIONS

As a Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant, you will join the RUN team within our Cloud Service Center and act as a functional expert, playing a key lead and coach role for both consultants and clients.

1) AMS – Support & Continuous Improvement

• Handle L3 topics: analysis, troubleshooting, resolution, workaround definition and follow-up until stabilization.
• Drive service quality: SLAs, prioritization, KPIs, structured communication and risk management.
• Organize and secure deployments: releases to production, fixes, regression testing, documentation and knowledge transfer.
• Advise clients on adopting Oracle quarterly updates: impacts, trade-offs and business value.

2) Lead / Coach – Team Reference

• Serve as a go-to person for consultants: coaching, support on complex cases and skills development.
• Structure and maintain best practices: templates, guides, checklists, configuration/support standards and knowledge capitalization.
• Contribute to the operating model: coaching junior consultants, workload management and arbitration/prioritization.
• Help improve delivery methods (quality, industrialization, documentation, tooling).

3) Client Interface & Governance

• Own the day-to-day relationship on your scope: steering, follow-up, action plans, expectation alignment.
• Turn pain points into optimization opportunities: rationalization, securing operations, process simplification.
• Collaborate with project teams (Build → Run transition, stabilization, hypercare).

YOUR PROFILE

• You have proven senior-level experience in HRIS AMS (Application Maintenance Services).
• You know Oracle HCM Cloud and have expertise in one or more areas: Core HR (mandatory), ORC, Performance, Learning, Compensation, and others (certifications are a plus, not required if you have strong hands-on experience).
• You demonstrate a reference/lead mindset: rigor, pedagogy, ability to structure, prioritize, and grow a team. xqziphu
• You are comfortable in a multi-stakeholder environment: operations, HR, IT, vendor/publisher
• Your level of English or/ and French is fluent
