Infosys Consulting is seeking an Oracle Cloud - Program Manager to lead end-to-end transformation programmes within the CRL practice. You will manage multiple workstreams, drive discovery workshops, and deliver innovative cloud-enabled solutions for major clients.

You will collaborate across global teams, mentor colleagues, and shape strategic decisions at CIO/CTO level while ensuring Lösungen meet business needs and standards.

Formación

• Leading program management functions across full lifecycle of Oracle Cloud transformation programmes.
• Driving pre-implementation assessments and discovery workshops to build the business case.
• Manages large delivery teams to design end-to-end solutions and ensure adherence to standards.
• Inspires and develops junior colleagues within an inclusive, high-performance culture.

Responsabilidades

• Support requirement workshops and help define problem statements.
• Review and analyse requirements specifications from business needs.
• Support the creation of to-be flows and fit-gap analysis documentation.
• Provide solution alternatives and create detailed design documentation.
• Test and ensure delivery excellence across the Oracle Cloud transformation programme.
