Zusammenfassung

OPPO in Madrid is seeking a Quality Operations Lead for the Europe business built on the IMS project framework. You will oversee the implementation and ongoing optimization of IMS processes, and proactively build new business processes to keep the system evolving with the business.

Responsibilities include cross-system regional operations project management, risk identification in daily processes, and day-to-day governance of dedicated processes, ensuring timely delivery and quality targets

Qualifikationen

• Valid residence permit to work full-time in Spain.
• Solid project management experience with a strong sense of responsibility and drive.
• Demonstrated ability in process design and process compliance.
• Strong quality awareness and familiarity with quality improvement methods.
• Experience in consumer electronics or related business operations is a plus (GTM, product marketing, retail, or channel).
• Chinese & English could be work languages.

Aufgaben

• Lead quality operations for the Europe business built on the IMS project framework and optimize IMS processes.

Key Responsibilities

1. 1. Lead quality operations for the Europe business built on the IMS project framework; oversee the implementation and continuous optimization of IMS processes, while proactively building and refining new business processes based on actual business needs to keep the process system evolving with the business.
2. 2. Process implementation and development: Leverage the IMS process mechanism as the core lever to conduct quality operations management over IMS projects and drive business target achievement. Beyond existing processes, identify process gaps against real business scenarios and take the lead in building and optimizing business processes.
3. 3. Cross-system regional operations project management: Support regional business leaders in ensuring the quality and timeliness of key deliverables from each business owner, and manage day-to-day follow-up, quality operations, and governance of dedicated processes.
4. 4. Risk identification in daily business processes: Driven by key project quality objectives, identify and manage project risks, and escape promptly for resolution.
5. 5. Other day-to-day operations management within the regional scope.

Requirements

1. 1. Hold a valid residence permit that allows to work full-time in Spain.
2. 2. Project Management: Solid command of project management methodologies and substantial hands-on project management experience; strong sense of responsibility and driving force.
3. 3. Process Management: Demonstrated process design capability and solid grounding in process fundamentals; disciplined adherence to process checkpoints and process compliance.
4. 4. Quality Management: Strong quality awareness, familiarity with quality concepts, and command of fundamental quality improvement methods.
5. 5. Business Experience: Experience in consumer electronics products and related business operations is preferred; hands-on experience in any of the following areas is a plus – GTM, product marketing, retail, or channel.
