Job summary

OPPO in Madrid seeks a senior Go-to-Market leader to drive channel-specific launch strategies, pricing, listings and sell-in targets across the consumer electronics portfolio.

You will own the product lifecycle, coordinate with Marketing, Retail, Product Supply and Manufacturing, manage budgets, analyze performance and report to senior leadership, while coaching the department to support growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of GTM/product marketing/PM experience in consumer electronics preferred.
• Fluent in Chinese, English and Spanish.
• Strong analytical, commercial and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Job description

• Lead product Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy based on aggressive business growth targets. Develop channel-specific launch strategies, including launch rhythm, product portfolio, pricing, listing and sell-in strategy.


• Collaborate with Marketing and Retail teams to develop Integrated Marketing Strategy (IMS) and drive execution.


• Own the full product lifecycle from launch to end-of-life, including inventory control, price management and channel governance, taking accountability for commercial performance.


• Work closely with Product Supply, S&OP and Manufacturing teams to ensure product supply and production are delivered on time according to market demand.


• Analysis, budget management and reporting.


• Performing additional tasks aimed at the development of the department and the company.

Qualifications:

• Valid legal residency/work authorization for full-time employment in Spain.


• Fluent in Chinese, English and Spanish.


• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Telecommunications or related field.


• 3+ years of GTM/Product Marketing/Product Management experience, experience in the 3C (Consumer Electronics) industry is preferred


• Strong analytical, commercial and cross-functional collaboration skills.
