Fever is seeking an Operations Analyst to help optimize logistics and operations across our fast‑growing global platform. You will interact with multiple teams to understand needs and identify efficient, scalable solutions, while driving improvements in how we manage inventory and processes.

The role offers a hands‑on environment with opportunities to lead projects, coordinate with suppliers and internal teams, and implement scalable workflows that boost efficiency and profitability.

Formación

• 2+ years of relevant experience in operations, logistics or tech
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Analytics, Data Analytics or related fields
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Inventory management experience
• Experience with Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and data visualization

Responsabilidades

• Participate in company-wide projects to improve a specific area of the business.
• Lead projects to defined goals, objectives, and timelines.
• Lead analyses considering client satisfaction, cost control and profitability.
• Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Design processes, workflows, and tools from scratch when needed.
• Identify areas of improvement and contribute to continuous improvement across logistics and operations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and deliverables.
