We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in hospitality operations, property / lifestyle management, or high-end resort / club environments.

Key Responsibilities :

• Run the full operational side of Polo Valley, ensuring all departments function at a high level and client experiences are consistently excellent.
• Implement systems, manage staff, and raise the bar across every area of the business.
• Anticipate issues and prevent last-minute crises through planning and discipline.
• Train team members on protocols and ensure full understanding and compliance.
• Foster a strong, values-driven culture of respect, performance, and accountability.
• Ensure all client-facing elements meet the high standards expected of the Polo Valley brand.
• Provide weekly operational reports and updates to the Managing Director.
• Track team performance and task execution across departments.

Requirements :

• 3–7 years of experience in hospitality operations, property / lifestyle management, or high-end resort / club environments.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Clear communicator with fluency in English & Spanish.
