About the Role: Responsible for coordinating manufacturing activities with contracted organizations (CMOs), ensuring compliance with the master production plan, quality standards, and timely delivery.

Key Functions:

1. Coordinate production, testing, release, and shipments according to the MPS.
2. Monitor CMO performance through dashboards and indicators.
3. Track lifecycle projects in collaboration with technical and regulatory areas.
4. Participate in follow-up meetings with internal and external parties.
5. Manage deviations, investigations, and GMP documentation.
6. Lead technology transfer and scale-up activities.
7. Coordinate contractual processes: purchase orders, deliveries, invoicing, and compliance.

Requirements:

• University degree in natural or applied sciences: Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or Engineering.
• Solid knowledge in project management.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry under GMP standards.
