What are we looking for?

We are seeking a Senior OpenText Asset Manager to work closely with one of our main clients in the banking sector.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Provide development and 3rd level support for our platform.
• Maintain the platform and its infrastructure.
• Serve as the primary contact for the Platform Owner.
• Handle technical issues related to OpenText.
• Manage internal development requests from stakeholders.
• Develop stories for our platform and support onsite teams, Electronic Workplace, Infrastructure, Networking, and Telecom.
• Write test cases.
• Track release status in collaboration with Release Management.

What UST expects from you:

• At least 5 years of experience as an OpenText Asset Manager Engineer and Administrator.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong background in software engineering.
• Expertise in ITIL processes and IT Service Management best practices.
• Willingness to be on call as needed.
• Spanish language skills are a big plus.
• Good English level (C1), as you will be working with international teams.

Work location:

Hybrid. Madrid city center (Sol area). 3 days a week in the office.

Business hours. No intensive working days on Fridays or during summer.
