TFS HealthScience is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our CDS Oncology team. The role is home based in Spain, requiring strong early-phase oncology experience.

You will manage multidisciplinary teams, oversee budgets, and ensure studies meet timelines and quality standards. You will mentor PMs, coordinate with sites and vendors, and maintain client relationships while supporting business development where applicable.

Formación

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage staff.
• Strong knowledge of project planning and metrics.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure on-time, in-scope, on-budget project delivery per quality standards.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Oversee project managers and provide leadership as needed.
• Develop and maintain project plans and timelines.
• Communicate effectively with clients to manage relationships and strategies.
• Manage project budgets, profitability, and invoicing.
