Precision Medicine Group is seeking an experienced Project Director for global clinical trials in oncology. This fully remote role supports UK, Spain, Poland, Hungary, Romania, Serbia and Slovakia, coordinating across diverse teams and clients to drive program success.

You will manage budgets, timelines and quality across studies, provide senior leadership with strategic planning and risk mitigation, and mentor PMs in a dynamic, patient-centered environment.

Formación

• Minimum of 8 years of clinical research or proven competencies; 5 years direct PM experience.
• Proficient with MS Office, MS Project, eTMF, EDC and CTMS.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team interfacing.
• Experience managing highly complex/global studies or portfolios.
• Mastery of ICH-GCP and Precision SOPs; ability to implement them.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary client liaison, supporting proposals and client presentations.
• Oversee and manage all aspects of a trial, ensuring consistency across portfolios.
• Provide direction to project managers, including planning, initiation, procurement, execution and closeout.
• Manage study budgets, scope, changes, profitability and forecasting.
• Develop robust project plans with risk management and strategic planning.
• Ensure quality management, eTMF readiness and CAPA when needed.
• Lead internal and client meetings, drive study-level strategies, travel as required.
• Mentor PMs and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet timelines.
