HCLTech is seeking an experienced Senior Java Backend Engineer to design and develop scalable, secure backend services for omnichannel commerce. You will build Java 21 microservices using Spring, implement robust integrations with OMS and retail platforms, and ensure high performance through proper testing, monitoring, and CI/CD practices.

Formación

• 5+ years in Java software engineering with Spring.
• Experience building microservices and event-driven architectures.
• Proficient in RESTful APIs, OpenAPI/Swagger, JSON/XML.
• Hands-on with OMS/Fluent Commerce and omni-retail processes.
• Knowledge of OAuth2/OIDC and IAM solutions.
• Experience with cloud-native, containerized environments (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Strong CI/CD experience (GitLab).
• Proficient with SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, MongoDB).
• Familiarity with Agile ceremonies and DevOps practices.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze requirements to design robust backend solutions for omni-channel retail and order management.
• Develop, test, and deploy Java microservices with scalability and reliability.
• Integrate with OMS and retail platforms covering order orchestration, inventory, fulfilment, returns, and payments.
• Maintain and improve existing services, ensuring code quality and performance.
• Troubleshoot defects, integration issues, and performance bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with Support to resolve production incidents in omni-retail services.
• Work with DevOps to enhance CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
• Review specifications and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Partner with QA to support testing strategies and automation.
• Suggest technical improvements to enhance product/solution.
