HCLTech is hiring a Java Software Engineer to design and evolve backend solutions for omni-channel retail and order management. You will develop Java-based microservices, implement integrations with OMS and retail platforms, and ensure scalable, reliable services across the stack.

The role involves collaborating with DevOps, QA, and Support in an Agile environment, driving code quality and performance improvements, and contributing to continuous product enhancements.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience as a Java Software Engineer with Java 21 and Spring ecosystem.
• Experience building microservices with event-driven architectures and API first design.
• Familiarity with OMS/Fluent Commerce and omni-retail processes; REST APIs, JSON/XML, HTTP, GraphQL.

Responsabilidades

• Analyse requirements to design and develop backend solutions for omni-channel retail and order management.
• Develop, test, debug, and deploy Java-based microservices ensuring scalability and performance.
• Integrate with OMS and retail platforms for order orchestration, inventory visibility, fulfilment, returns and payments.
• Maintain and improve services, ensure code quality, and resolve defects and performance issues.
• Collaborate with Support, DevOps, QA to support incidents, CI/CD, testing strategies, and automation.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous product improvement.
