HCLTech is seeking a Senior Java Backend Engineer to design and deliver robust backend solutions for omnichannel retail and order management. You will build Java microservices, integrate with OMS and retail platforms, and ensure scalable, reliable services across cloud-native environments.

Join a multinational team, participate in Agile ceremonies, and contribute to CI/CD improvements. Fluency in English is required; experience with AWS/Kubernetes, Docker, and modern tooling is expected.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience as a Java Software Engineer with Spring ecosystem expertise.
• Experience with microservices, OMS/Fluent Commerce, and omni-retail processes.
• RESTful APIs design using OpenAPI/Swagger; JSON/XML/GraphQL knowledge.
• Database experience with MySQL and MongoDB; cloud-native stacks (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of OAuth2/OIDC and IAM (Keycloak/Okta) security; CI/CD with GitLab.

Responsabilidades

• Analyse requirements and design robust backend solutions for omni-channel retail.
• Develop, test, and deploy Java microservices with scalability and performance.
• Integrate with OMS and retail platforms for order orchestration and inventory flows.
• Maintain existing services and ensure code quality and reliability.
• Resolve defects, incidents, and performance bottlenecks; collaborate with QA.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes with DevOps teams.
• Review specs and translate into scalable technical solutions.
• Support automated testing and participate in Agile ceremonies.
• Suggest technical enhancements for product optimization.
