Job summary

Ocean Winds is seeking a Senior Offshore Installation Engineer to define, assess and optimize Transport & Installation strategies for offshore wind projects. You will provide expert input for tendering, manage T&I risks, and mentor junior engineers within the Corporate T&I team.

You will also drive continuous improvement, develop in-house tools, and ensure interfaces are well managed across WTGs, FOUs, cables and OSP contexts. English fluency is required.

Qualifications

• Engineering or Science degree relevant to Offshore Wind (Naval Architecture, Marine, Civil, or Mechanical).
• Fluent in English; other languages a plus.
• 5+ years of offshore wind experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and validate Transport & Installation strategies for offshore wind packages.
• Provide expert input to tendering and procurement; engage bidders.
• Ensure T&I risks and interfaces are identified early for project decisions.
• Mentor junior engineers within the Corporate T&I team.
• Promote continuous improvement through lessons learned and tool development.
• Assess and optimize T&I strategies for WTGs, FOUs, Cables and OSP for financial valuation.
• Develop and maintain in-house tools to improve T&I tasks.
