Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is seeking a Monitoring Engineer (L3 Support) to join our hybrid Madrid team. You will implement observability across apps and infra, monitor real-time health, and perform root-cause analysis for proactive improvements.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in monitoring/SRE, strong scripting in Python or Bash, and English proficiency. The role offers 3 days/week in-office attendance with 12x5 coverage and a competitive compensation package.

Formación

• 5+ years in Monitoring, Observability or Site Reliability roles.
• Hands-on with monitoring and observability platforms.
• Strong understanding of metrics, logs and traces.
• Experience with APM solutions and distributed tracing.
• Knowledge of cloud-native environments, microservices and containerized apps.
• Scripting in Python or Bash.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Professional level of English.

Responsabilidades

• Implement and configure observability across applications and infrastructure.
• Monitor performance, health and service reliability in real time.
• Analyze telemetry, logs and metrics to troubleshoot issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and recommend long-term stability improvements.
• Collaborate with DevOps, SRE and application teams during incidents.
• Optimize dashboards, alerts and thresholds.
• Generate performance reports and insights for stakeholders.
• Drive proactive monitoring improvements and predictive analysis.
