Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is hiring a Monitoring Engineer (L3 Support) for its Madrid hybrid workplace. The role requires 5+ years in monitoring, observability, or SRE, with hands-on experience in Dynatrace, New Relic, AppDynamics and Prometheus/Grafana.

You will implement observability, analyze telemetry, and collaborate with DevOps and application teams to improve resilience. The position offers a permanent contract, competitive salary, flexible compensation, and WFH support.

Formación

• 5+ years in Monitoring, Observability or SRE roles.
• Hands-on with monitoring platforms and observability.
• Knowledge of metrics, logs and traces in observability.
• Experience with APM solutions and distributed tracing.
• Cloud-native environments, microservices and containerized apps.
• Python or Bash scripting.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Professional level of English.

Responsabilidades

• Implement and configure observability across applications and infrastructure.
• Monitor performance, health and service reliability in real time.
• Analyze telemetry data, logs and metrics to troubleshoot issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and provide stability recommendations.
• Collaborate with DevOps, SRE and application teams during incidents.
• Optimize dashboards, alerts and monitoring thresholds.
• Generate performance reports and insights for stakeholders.
• Drive proactive monitoring improvements and predictive analysis.
