Cross Border Talents in Madrid seeks a Senior O2C Specialist to oversee Order-to-Cash and Accounts Receivable operations, ensuring accurate financial processing and compliance. The role requires experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Workday), advanced Excel, and strong stakeholder management in a global business environment.

Fluent English (C1) and 5–7 years in O2C/AR with 2+ in leadership are expected. Working hours are Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• 5-7 years of O2C, Accounts Receivable, or Finance Operations experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Fluent English (C1) and strong communication skills.

Position: Senior O2C Specialist

Job Description:

I am seeking an experienced Senior O2C Specialist to oversee Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Accounts Receivable operations, ensuring accurate financial processing, compliance, and efficient cash collection. The role requires strong analytical and leadership skills, experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Workday), advanced Excel proficiency, and the ability to manage stakeholders in a global business environment.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.

5-7 years of O2C, Accounts Receivable, or Finance Operations experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.

Fluent English (C1) and strong communication skills.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00

Salary: €1,500 × 14 months + €7.63 meal allowance per working day

Contract: Permanent after a 3-month trial period

Relocation from outside of Spain is provided

Flight tickets are not included in the relocation package.

Relocation support within Spain is available for candidates fluent in German, Nordic languages, or Dutch.
