Job summary

ING Spain is seeking a Non-Financial Risk Specialist in Business Banking to strengthen the NFR Team reporting to the Head of NFR in Spain & Portugal. You will deepen understanding of Business Banking processes and related non-financial risks, ensuring risk appetite alignment and regulatory compliance.

The role requires robust risk analysis, end-to-end process insight, and collaboration across stakeholders to foster a strong risk culture and support sustainable growth; English fluency is required.

Qualifications

• Experience as Non-Financial Risk analyst focused on Business Banking with approx. minimum 5 years.
• University Degree or equivalent.
• Insight of digital banking, related Business Banking processes and regulations.
• Experience in end-to-end process analysis to identify and assess NFR risks.

Responsibilities

• Have a deep understanding of Business Banking products, processes, customer journeys, and associated non-financial risks.
• Act as a trusted partner and advisor to business management, providing effective challenge and risk oversight.
• Provide governance, operational risk management, and change initiative expertise with cross-functional collaboration.
• Support and monitor NFR risk management processes and quality.
• Participate in risk assessments and PARPs on key projects and programs.
