ING seeks a Business Control Expert to join the Private Banking Operations Team in Madrid. The role focuses on MiFID controls, investor protection, and continuous improvement of the control framework in a data-driven, risk-focused environment.

You will collaborate with multiple teams to ensure regulatory compliance and auditable processes, while supporting automation and governance enhancements. This position offers hybrid work with Madrid offices and remote options.

Formación

• Solid knowledge of MiFID II and investor protection principles.
• Experience in Private Banking or related investment services roles.

Responsabilidades

• Execute transaction- and portfolio-level MiFID controls.
• Monitor suitability and client investment profiles.
• Verify delivery and archiving of suitability reports and KIDs.
• Produce MiFID control reporting and evidence.
