• Proven experience in Network Architectures, including TCP/IP and Ethernet.
• Hands-on experience with Cybersecurity solutions such as Firewall, EDR, NDR.
• Preferred certifications include PCNSE and CCNA.

Prolink is a TD Synnex Company We are looking for a highly motivated and technically proficient team member with the following qualifications : Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Electronics and Communication Engineering
• Proven experience in Network Architectures, including TCP / IP, Ethernet, Layer 2-3 technologies, Routers, Switches, and Firewalls
• Hands-on experience with Cybersecurity solutions such as Firewall, EDR, NDR, XDR, SASE, SIEM, URL Filtering, Anti-Virus, and DLP technologies
• Preferred certifications : PCNSE, CCNA
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken (able to communicate with international vendors)
• Customer-focused, with strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Fast learner with the ability to adapt to dynamic environments
• Holds a valid driver’s license and is an active driver

Job Description The selected candidate will participate in both pre-sales and post-sales activities, collaborating closely with internal teams.

• Participate in client meetings alongside the sales team to deliver product presentations and technical guidance
• Manage technical presentations, demonstrations, and Proof of Concept (PoC) processes; prepare kit lists, write and interpret technical specifications
• Work with the sales team to follow up on opportunities and contribute to the sales process
• Provide product training and introductions to resellers and end-users
• Install purchased software and hardware solutions; ensure system integration and secure operation
• Diagnose issues, develop and implement solutions, liaise with vendors when necessary
• Conduct regular site visits to clients under maintenance agreements; perform checks and resolve issues promptly
• Keep up-to-date with industry developments and new products; prepare documentation and deliver internal training
• Ensure accuracy, verification, and enhancement of setup, maintenance, configuration, and integration tasks; report regularly to management
