Responsibilities

The primary responsibility is to build maintainable and highly scalable business critical applications. Application Developer activities also include:

• Creating concise and robust programming code, structured and well organized.
• Participating in planning, code reviews, and iteration demos.
• Implementing solutions that are reliable, scalable and performing at a high-level to meet client needs. Work with product management to understand the problems stated by customers; design robust, maintainable, extendable and performing features, using industry best practices and applying object-oriented design and design patterns as appropriate.
• Following Agile practices and participating in planning and iteration demos.
• Providing feedback and input on planned and coded solutions, identifying, recommending, and implementing improvements to the development process.
• Continuously learning about new technologies, bringing new ideas and improving the use of technology in the products.
• Writing quality code with automated tests.

Experience and Skills

• B.E. in Computer Science or Computer Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4-5 years developing systems in a .NET environment with C#.
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming and design patterns. SOLID is a must.
• Excellent understanding of .NET Core 3.1 and .NET 6.
• Experience in backend and frontend technologies: REST API with JSON (ASP.NET Core Web API), MongoDB, Microsoft SQL, Angular, RxJS, TypeScript.
• Experience in TDD and familiar with DDD concepts.
• Aligned with the DevSecOps culture: experience in deployments with Kubernetes.
• Strong communication skills - verbal and written - and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Agile Mindset: team player, “inspect and adapt” culture.

Preferred Experience and Skills

• Microservices oriented development.
• NServiceBus.
• ATDD.
