SITA For Aircraft in Barcelona is seeking a Senior Software Developer to join a strategic modernization program focused on Datalink observability, monitoring, provisioning, and configuration management systems. You will design, build, test, and maintain applications across SITA's global infrastructure, collaborating with the Montreal team to deliver scalable solutions.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in software development, strong C#/.NET expertise, and hands-on experience with modern

Qualifications

10+ years of professional software development experience.
Expertise in .NET 8/10 and C# in Windows.
Hands-on with Linux observability ecosystems (Grafana, Loki, Mimir/Prometheus, OpenTelemetry).
Experience with APIs (REST, SNMP, TCP/IP, UDP), microservices, and distributed systems.
Strong understanding of software architecture and event-based systems (Kafka).
Team collaboration in international environments.
AI-powered development tools for coding, testing, or documentation.

Responsibilities

Analyze and improve legacy system software.
Develop Datalink Monitoring, Observability, Provisioning, and Configuration Management applications.
Write high-quality, secure, scalable code following SITA guidelines.
