IQVIA LLC is seeking a skilled .NET Development Lead to guide the design, development, and maintenance of .NET applications across global teams. You will own reviews, take part in code reviews, mentor the team, and ensure security and best practices while resolving production issues, including off-hours.

You will collaborate with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Architects, Stakeholders, and DevOps to drive CI/CD improvements and reliable releases across time zones.

Formación

• Proficient in C# and .NET ecosystem.
• Strong understanding of OOP and design principles.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and modern web apps.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain .NET applications across time zones.
• Review designs and code; mentor team and ensure security best practices.
• Provide production support, including off-hours incidents and RCA fixes.
• Collaborate with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Architects, and stakeholders.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipeline improvements and release processes.
