Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Mulesoft Platform Support Engineer to lead the operational support and maintenance of the Mulesoft Anypoint Platform. This role involves ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability of integration services across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee deployment and management of APIs and integrations on CloudHub and hybrid environments.
  • Implement and manage monitoring solutions to proactively identify and resolve issues.
  • Lead incident response efforts and perform root cause analysis for platform-related problems.
  • Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to optimize platform performance.
  • Maintain and update operational documentation and procedures.
  • Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance.

Mandatory requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT operations or platform support roles.
  • In-depth knowledge of Mulesoft Anypoint Platform components.
  • Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Splunk or ELK Stack.
  • Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and networking.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • English proficiency at least C1 level.
