InnoIT Consulting in Madrid is seeking a Platform Operations Engineer to ensure the stability and availability of a business-critical integration platform. This hands-on role focuses on platform operations, incident resolution and automation.

You will administer MuleSoft platforms and Runtime Manager, manage API gateway, IaC with Terraform, ArgoCD and CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate across teams in ITIL-based processes to drive operational excellence.

Formación

• 5+ years administering MuleSoft platforms in production.
• Strong L3 production support and incident management experience.
• Hands-on MuleSoft Runtime Manager expertise.
• Experience with API Gateway and Flex Gateway.
• OpenShift administration and IaC with Terraform.
• Familiar with ArgoCD, GitOps and CI/CD practices.
• GitHub workflows and version control knowledge.
• Cloud experience (AWS/Azure) and API security fundamentals.
• ITIL framework exposure and English proficiency (C1).

Responsabilidades

• Provide L3 production support for MuleSoft platforms.
• Lead incident resolution, RCA, and performance optimization.
• Administer MuleSoft environments and Runtime Manager.
• Manage Flex Gateway API Gateway and deployments.
• Implement IaC using Terraform and support CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with international teams and document processes.
• Ensure platform security, reliability and uptime according to ITIL.
