The position emphasizes developing a technical vision, driving best practices, and implementing complex features for both iOS and Android. Ideal candidates will possess extensive experience with React Native and state management solutions, thrive in a people-centered, flexible environment, and champion collaboration and continuous learning.

Formación

• 6 years of mobile development experience.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience architecting solutions using React Native.
• Strong background in performance tuning and secure development practices.

Responsabilidades

• Define and drive the technical vision for mobile applications across iOS and Android platforms.
• Lead design and implementation of complex mobile features.
• Establish and enforce development best practices.

We're seeking a seasoned mobile engineer to lead the architecture of next-generation cross-platform mobile solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in React Native, a passion for technical strategy, and hands-on experience implementing complex mobile features.

Key Responsibilities :

• Define and drive the technical vision for mobile applications across iOS and Android platforms
• Lead design and implementation of complex mobile features, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability
• Establish and enforce development best practices, including code structure, reusable component design, state management, and CI / CD pipelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on technical solutions that meet business and user needs

Required Skills and Qualifications :

• 6 years of mobile development experience, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience architecting solutions using React Native
• Expertise in scalable state management solutions (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, etc.)
• Strong background in performance tuning, offline capabilities, mobile accessibility, and secure development practices
• Solid experience with CI / CD for mobile, including tools such as Fastlane, Bitrise, or App Center
