For more information, visit us: Role Marionete is seeking a Senior MLOps Engineer with strong expertise and passion for building and maintaining machine learning systems in production environments. You should have a blend of skills in software engineering, machine learning, and operations to ensure the smooth functioning of ML systems in production.

The role requires a communicator who can simplify complex problems for non-technical audiences, with strong communication skills in written and spoken English. A passion for staying updated on the latest developments in AI/ML and MLOps is essential.

Job Responsibilities

1. Design, develop, and implement scalable and reliable systems for deploying machine learning models into production.
2. Architect and build tools and pipelines to improve the efficiency of the Model Development Life Cycle (MDLC), automating ML processes and enhancing system performance.
3. Implement CI/CD pipelines for seamless model updates and releases.
4. Establish robust monitoring and alerting systems to track model performance, system health, and data drift.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, implement solutions, and address challenges throughout the ML lifecycle.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an MLOps Engineer or in similar roles.
• Hands-on experience leading data science and machine learning projects.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud architecture for ML technologies.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or Scala.
• Expertise with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and DevOps tools (Jenkins, Ansible, Grafana, Prometheus, Elastic).
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices and automated testing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
• Excellent communication skills in English, capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
