The Role

Marionete is seeking a Senior MLOps Engineer with strong expertise and passion for building and maintaining machine learning systems in production environments. You should have a blend of skills in software engineering, machine learning, and operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of ML systems in production.

The role requires a communicator who can simplify complex problems for non-technical audiences, with strong communication skills in written and spoken English. The candidate should be passionate about staying updated on the latest developments in AI / ML and MLOps.

Job Profile

1. Design, develop, and implement scalable and reliable systems for deploying machine learning models into production.
2. Architect and build tools and pipelines to improve the efficiency of our clients' Model Development Life Cycle (MDLC), automating ML processes and enhancing system performance.
3. Implement CI / CD pipelines for seamless model updates and releases.
4. Establish robust monitoring and alerting systems to track model performance, system health, and data drift.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, implement solutions, and address challenges throughout the ML lifecycle.

Requirements

1. Minimum 5 years of experience as an MLOps Engineer or in similar roles.
2. Hands-on knowledge in delivering and leading data science and machine learning projects.
3. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud architecting for machine learning technologies.
4. Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or Scala.
5. Expertise with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and DevOps tools (Jenkins, Ansible, Grafana, Prometheus, Elastic).
6. Familiarity with CI / CD deployment practices and automated testing.
7. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
8. Strong ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in English.
