Job summary

Dow Jones is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to own the full MLOps lifecycle with emphasis on LLMOps. You will build, deploy and monitor ML models in production, scaling pipelines and optimizing inference performance.

You will collaborate with data scientists, engineers and product teams to drive experimentation, versioning and continuous delivery for ML workloads across platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years of professional ML experience with models in production.
• Strong experience with LLMOps and agent/multi-agent systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage LLM-based solutions, including semantic layers and fine-tuning.
• Own end-to-end ML model development, optimization and deployment.
• Design robust monitoring and retraining strategies for ML models.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers and product teams to deploy ML solutions.
• Improve experimentation frameworks, versioning and A/B testing for models.
• Implement ML automation, reproducibility and CI/CD practices.
