RavenPack is seeking an experienced ML/NLP contractor to advance its GenAI and LLM infrastructure for finance. You will directly prototype, optimize, and deploy fast, accurate ML solutions targeting search, retrieval, and financial text tasks.

Bring expertise in Python, PyTorch, and the Hugging Face ecosystem, with hands-on experience in PEFT, model quantization, and high‑performance serving. The role embeds with an internal search team and offers a short-duration contract.

Formación

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a quantitative field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Proven track record delivering production-grade ML models and PoCs in Search, IR, or LLM infrastructure.

Responsabilidades

• Direct hands-on execution, rapid prototyping, and delivering plug-and-play optimizations for search and LLM stack.
• Implement and evaluate targeted open-source LLM adaptations using PEFT and Distillation for finance contexts.
• Benchmark and optimize model serving for low latency and high throughput.
• Prototype and validate advanced search techniques and hybrid pipelines.
• Package training, evaluation, and serving scripts into reproducible deliverables using AWS SageMaker and Docker.
