RavenPack in Marbella is seeking an experienced Machine Learning / NLP Engineer to lead a high-impact infrastructure project. You will design, evaluate, and deploy advanced NLP models to complement and enhance our large-scale detection pipeline.

You will work closely with core engineering, data, and leadership teams to ensure seamless integration of new ML technologies with existing systems, enabling a powerful, hybrid architecture. NDA discussions will occur in the interview process.

Formación

• Advanced NLP tasks understanding (entity extraction, text classification, contextual understanding).
• Transformer-based models training, fine-tuning, deployment for complex text tasks.
• Experience optimizing models for low-latency environments and deploying at scale.
• Designing ML evaluation frameworks, gold-standard datasets, and tracking performance metrics.
• Integrating probabilistic ML with deterministic/legacy software, including confidence scoring and A/B testing.

Responsabilidades

• System Enhancement & Innovation: Design, train, and deploy NLP models to scale our high-throughput data architecture.
• Architecture Integration: Build robust layers allowing ML predictions to work with existing production systems.
• Continuous Improvement Pipelines: Develop automated feedback loops for model updates with minimal manual intervention.
• Production Deployment & Optimization: Transition models to production with low-latency, high-reliability requirements.
• Quality & Evaluation Frameworks: Establish automated testing, monitoring dashboards, and evaluation benchmarks.
