Job summary

isolutions AG in Spain is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to advance automation, Microsoft cloud technologies, and modern operating models. You will design and build automation and platform solutions enabling secure, scalable management of our customers’ Microsoft tenants.

You will drive CI/CD pipelines, IaC with Terraform, and IAM using Entra ID, working with an international team to ensure efficient operations and high-quality deployments.

Are you an experienced DevOps Engineer with a passion for automation, Microsoft cloud technologies, and modern operating models?

We're looking for someone who wants to take our Managed Services to the next level. Together with a small and highly motivated team, you will design and build automation and platform solutions that enable the standardized, secure, and scalable management of our customers' Microsoft tenants.

You think processes through from end to end, eliminate manual effort wherever possible, and create sustainable automation through code. By leveraging modern cloud technologies and Infrastructure as Code, you help drive operational excellence, improve efficiency, and ensure a seamless experience for our customers.

How your day will look like

• You automate and continuously enhance our Managed Services offerings.
• You build and optimize CI/CD pipelines for the automated deployment and management of customer tenants.
• You develop automation solutions using PowerShell and implement Infrastructure as Code with Terraform.
• You integrate and automate Microsoft cloud services through the Microsoft Graph API.
• You design and implement Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions based on Microsoft Entra ID.
• You standardize processes, reduce manual effort, and create reusable platform components.
• You work closely with architects and engineers, actively contributing your own ideas and innovations.
• You ensure our services can be operated securely, efficiently, and at scale through automation.
• Several years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, Automation Engineer, or Cloud Engineer.
• Strong proficiency in PowerShell.
• Solid hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
• Strong knowledge of Git, including branching strategies, pull requests, and code reviews.
• Experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Experience working with the Microsoft Graph API.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Management is a plus.
• Deep understanding of Microsoft Entra ID and modern identity and access management concepts.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft cloud services.
• Experience with GitHub Copilot and AI-assisted development is a plus.
• A passion for automating manual tasks and establishing scalable standards.
• A self-driven, structured, and solution-oriented way of working.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within an international team.
• Fluent in English; Spanish or German is a plus.
