MIGx AG is seeking an experienced Senior Microsoft Engineer to join our Enterprise IT team in a hybrid Barcelona-based role. You will manage Microsoft-based infrastructure, lead complex IT initiatives, and own end-to-end resolution of escalated issues.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years managing large-scale Microsoft environments, including Active Directory, Entra ID, M365, and Intune, with strong scripting and automation skills. Hybrid work in Barcelona with competitive benefits is offered.

Formación

• 5+ years hands-on experience administering enterprise Microsoft environments (1000+ users).
• Proven experience managing and supporting large-scale Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID environments, including hybrid identity deployments.
• Strong experience with Windows Server administration (2016/2019/2022), Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, PKI, and file services.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and Intune.
• Hands-on experience with endpoint management platforms, including Microsoft Intune and Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM).
• Experience designing, administering, and troubleshooting hybrid Azure environments.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft security technologies and best practices (MFA, Conditional Access, RBAC, Privileged Identity Management).
• Experience with enterprise virtualization platforms (VMware vSphere and/or Hyper-V).
• Experience with enterprise backup and disaster recovery solutions (e.g., Veeam).
• Experience supporting Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops or similar platforms.
• Solid networking knowledge including VLANs, DNS, DHCP, VPN, routing, and firewall fundamentals.
• Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills.
• Experience in ITIL-based environments and ITSM platforms (ServiceNow).
• Proven ability to create and maintain high-quality technical documentation and opis.

• Microsoft certifications such as AZ-104, AZ-305, MS-102, MD-102, or MS-700.
• Experience with additional cloud platforms (AWS or Google Cloud).
• Experience with monitoring and observability platforms (PRTG, Azure Monitor, Zabbix, Datadog, etc.).
• Experience with Microsoft Defender suite (Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Identity, Defender for Cloud).
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code and automation frameworks.
• Experience with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience in regulated or highly compliant enterprise environments.
• Additional vendor certifications (VMware, Citrix, Veeam, ITIL).
