Amazon Spain Services, S.L.U. is seeking an experienced Mechanical & Electrical Services Technical Expert (MEP Manager) to support the growth of its European network.
Based in Spain with 50% travel, you will define and improve mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing and BMS systems across new-build and refurbishment projects. You will lead cross-functional teams, advise internal and external stakeholders, review templates, support BIM and asset documentation, and drive sustainability improvements
Formación
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in project management and real estate development.
- Knowledge of mechanical or electrical systems design and large-scale tech projects.
- Proficiency with MS Excel, MS Project, CAD, and 3D modeling.
- Experience with simulation and 3D CAD.
Responsabilidades
- Review and improve mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing and BMS services engineering for templates and new-build or refurbishment projects.
- Lead technical program and sustainability reviews and drive schedule acceleration, cost savings, standardization.
- Define and implement strategies for data collection and information management on assets.
- Collect and sync feedback from developers, GCs, consultants and internal stakeholders.
- Assist Preconstruction and Construction Managers during design reviews, procurement, VE, tender reviews.
- Deep dive on technical details and lead problem resolution.
