Your mission

  • Work closely with product, design, and engineering to identify opportunities for product improvement.
  • Analyze data sets to identify patterns, trends, and insights to inform product decisions.
  • Define metrics to measure the performance of new features.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics (KPIs).
  • Generate insights on customer behavior, product usage, and feature performance.
  • Monitor and report on user engagement, product rollouts, and business outcomes.
  • Build Livo data foundations, ranging from data modeling to tooling to consume data across the organization.
  • Implement the dashboards tracking key KPIs in order to support leadership.
  • Support & co-lead the setup of product tracking with the product team.
  • Contribute to building a data-driven culture within Livo.

Your profile

  • At least 4+ years of experience in product analytics, data analysis, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality insights.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL and Python.
  • Knowledge of modern data tools such as Airbyte, Fivetran, or equivalent.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Metabase, Looker, or similar platforms.
  • Experience with A / B testing, experimentation, and statistical analysis.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights for product teams.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based data storage and management services.
