Cummins Inc. is seeking a Mechanical Leader for EPC projects on BOP emergency power systems in San Fernando de Henares, Spain. You will lead multi-site engineering teams, drive complex problem solving, and ensure high-quality lifecycle execution.

The role requires extensive experience with process P&IDs, ventilation, and BOP aftertreatment systems, plus a strong emphasis on standards, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration across tender and execution phases.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or STEM field required.
• 15+ years leading engineering teams on complex industrial projects.
• Experience with P&IDs, ventilation, and BOP aftertreatment systems.
• Proven ability to define FAT/SAT tests and support commissioning.
• Strong documentation, standards, and traceability practices.
• Ability to collaborate in tender and execution phases.
