Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Typically 5+ years in mechanical design for complex facilities.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
• Experience with nuclear facility design standards and QA.

Responsibilities

• Design mechanical systems and infrastructure for nuclear facilities.
• Develop solutions for modifications and plant improvements.
• Produce calculations, specifications, and design docs.
• Coordinate interfaces with other engineering disciplines.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to engineers.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Support design reviews and project budgets/schedules.
