Black & Veatch Family of Companies in Madrid, Spain, seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer to support the design of electrical infrastructure for critical nuclear facilities across Europe. This role focuses on electrical engineering and design in nuclear environments, not reactor technology.

You will join a multidisciplinary team delivering complex projects, provide technical leadership, and ensure compliance with local and European standards while mentoring junior engineers.

Formación

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Typically 5+ years of relevant engineering experience.
• Strong understanding of UK/EU standards and industry best practices.

Responsabilidades

• Lead or support electrical design packages for nuclear infra projects.
• Develop and review single-line/three-line diagrams, protection schemes, cable sizing.
• Prepare technical specs, scopes, and BOMs for procurement and construction.
• Undertake site surveys and assessments; collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Mentor junior engineers and ensure regulatory compliance.
