Key Responsibilities

As our Senior Marketing Technology Consultant, you are responsible for leading the process of analysing our customer’s business requirements, architecting a suitable solution, and blueprinting those solutions within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform. A key part of your role is to ensure the final solution is delivered against the original requirements to the highest standards.

Some key activities you will definitely add to your to-do list:

  • Lead consultative enterprise engagements with clients on the technical and business challenges related to their communication initiatives;
  • Create, manage and present an actionable technical design that aligns a client's business need to that of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Solution;
  • Design, build and deliver the Salesforce Marketing Cloud solution;
  • Prepare and facilitate workshops;
  • Be part of our Sales team to help with pre-sales activities and pitches;
  • Manage multiple client engagements and work with associated team members;

Act as a mentor for the team, fostering a learning environment and promoting excellence.

What You Need
  • Pro-active attitude and client-focus;
  • A Bachelor degree and 5+ years of experience working with the Salesforce Marketing Cloud environment;
  • At least certified at Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant and/or Developer level;
  • Experience in leading customer-facing discussions;
  • Familiarity with data architecture/schema and reading or developing SQL queries;
  • Familiarity with SOAP and REST API;
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams;
  • Strong problem-solving skills in dynamic environments;
  • English language at a business level;
  • Spanish resident, located in or nearby Barcelona;
  • Currently eligible to work in Spain, without the need of a visa application;
  • Ability to attend one of our offices on a weekly basis, as required.

Our Compensation: An annual gross salary from 50,000€ and up to 64,000€, based on experience.
