Your mission

You will play a crucial role in realizing our growth ambitions in Spain.

Together with the Country Marketing Manager New Markets, you are the driving force behind the planning, implementation, and execution of the overall Spanish marketing strategy and execution.

You facilitate the Sales team in obtaining more business through lead generation programs, continuous attention to brand visibility, and providing local customer and market insights.

Because online performance is so important, you will actively participate in sales and marketing operations; therefore, this role has a strategic, tactical, and operational dimension.

You are able to storytell in excellent Spanish and English, both verbally and in writing, covering all aspects of content development. You will be based in Valencia.

As our Spanish market expands, we envision developing this role into a dedicated Country Marketing Manager position.

Your responsibilities in more detail
  • Developing, implementing, and managing the Spanish marketing strategy, plan, budgets, and KPIs in collaboration with the Country Marketing Manager New Markets, aligned with group and market objectives.
  • Supporting the translation of global marketing strategies into local actions.
  • Ensuring successful lead generation and brand visibility across online and offline channels.
  • Creating, executing, and analyzing digital marketing campaigns aligned with the commercial calendar.
  • Enriching campaigns with content such as blogs, videos, and customer stories in Spanish.
  • Managing social media and developing engaging posts.
  • Overseeing the deployment of marketing information systems, including CMS, email marketing, automation, review tools, social media management, web analytics, and advertising platforms.
  • Conducting local customer, trend, and market research; analyzing insights and implementing improvements.
  • Contributing to cross-departmental projects.
  • Staying updated on marketing trends and sharing knowledge with the team.
  • Managing relationships with external partners and agencies.
  • Sharing best practices and collaborating to achieve goals.
  • Focusing on customer-centric marketing, brand building, process optimization, and campaign management.

You are passionate about covering all marketing responsibilities—from branding and communication to PR, events, and lead generation—using data and analytics. You are proactive, take initiative, and enjoy shaping the company's story. You work independently and collaboratively, demonstrating team spirit, social skills, and a hands-on approach.

You fit well if you meet the following:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in B2B campaigns for brand and lead generation.
  • Track record in lead generation, data-driven work, and conversion optimization.
  • Ability to interpret data and build KPI dashboards in Google Data Studio.
  • Experience managing agencies and marketing tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, SEMrush, etc.
  • Experience organizing events, fairs, and conferences.
  • Native Spanish speaker; Catalan is a plus. Excellent English skills, both spoken and written.
  • Self-starter with strong communication and presentation skills.
