Senior Marketing Specialist – Luxury E-commerce

Contract : Permanent, Full-Time (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm)

A rapidly growing company in the luxury e-commerce space is looking for a Senior Marketing Specialist to help build and lead its marketing department. With a strong presence on top-tier international marketplaces, steady monthly sales, and ambitious projects in developmentincluding a virtual reality platform and a proprietary marketplacethis is a unique opportunity to take part in a bold and innovative journey.

The company is making a strong strategic investment in marketing and looking for a committed and creative professional to co-lead this transformation alongside the Head of Sales & Strategy.

Your Mission

You’ll take the lead on strategic and operational marketing initiatives from email campaigns and CRM activation to website optimization and content creation. Your work will directly impact growth, visibility, and customer engagement while paving your way toward a leadership role.

What You’ll Be Doing

Create and manage email marketing campaigns (segmentation, automations, KPIs)

Reactivate and organize a growing customer base (+4,000 clients expected by mid-2026)

Write and design newsletters, landing pages, internal docs, and blog content

Format product photos and ensure brand consistency across platforms

Manage and improve the company’s WordPress website (UX / UI, plugins, layout)

Collaborate with the tech team on upgrades and integrations

Report directly to the Head of Sales & Strategy

Contribute to building a future marketing team

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of experience in digital marketing or e-commerce

Expertise in email marketing, CRM tools, and performance analysis

Solid copywriting and content creation skills

Basic proficiency in Photoshop or similar tools

Experience with WordPress (basic HTML / CSS is a plus)

Strong sense of responsibility and ability to deliver reliably

Analytical mindset, creativity, and eagerness to grow

Leadership potential and a hands-on, proactive attitude
