We are seeking an experienced marketing professional to join our team as a Marketing Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive sales growth and market share expansion.

About the Role :

  • Develop and execute marketing plans to drive sales growth and market share expansion.
  • Lead impactful consumer and healthcare professional (HCP) campaigns to strengthen brand positioning.
  • Collaborate with distributors to assess trade and customer marketing strategies, optimizing e-commerce and retail promotions.
  • Manage the profit and loss statement, shaping short- and long-term brand and business management strategies in alignment with company goals.
  • Partner with global teams to qualify new product innovations.
  • Cross-functional collaboration to unlock new retail opportunities.
  • Market research and analytics to refine insights and optimize marketing efforts.
  • Agency partnerships for research, advertising, and promotional initiatives.
  • Communicate marketing plans effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Align brand strategies with business needs, ensuring organizational buy-in.
  • Strong background in consumer and HCP marketing (pharmacy channel an asset).
  • Experience working with both local & global teams.
  • Proven strategic thinker who leverages creativity and data-driven insights to shape brand vision.
  • Agile and action-oriented, with the ability to take calculated risks.
  • Strong digital expertise (strategy, analytics, e-commerce).
